Through writing exercises, group discussions, and hands-on instruction in handset type and letterpress printing, participants will compose original poems while experimenting with scale, spacing, ink, and impression. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the relationship between text and form, along with an original letterpress broadside that reflects their own voice and creative inquiry.
