Summer 2025 Workshops
Get to Work! Shop Series No. 1: 100 Risograph Broadsides
The first of three workshops for working artists looking to create print media for summer markets/shows/fairs. Each workshop is geared to taking existing concepts/art/logos and producing print products. The merchandise printed in the course of these workshops is meant to be sold, so artists should come in prepared to work hard to make a polished, final product they feel confident in selling to future customers.
Ideal for artists and musicians wanting to print 100 inexpensive copies of a piece of work! Learn a new(old), cheap, eco friendly print process while building inventory for upcoming shows. Risograph is among the cheapest options for printing copies en masse, so it serves as a great tool for a working class artist! Learn to use the Zygote Lizzo the Riso, and go over some helpful (and free!) digital tools like Canva and Spectrolite.
*Participants will walk away with 100 prints.
