This workshop is for folks with previous cyanotype experience, who want to expand their practice and combine the technique with monoprinting! In the first session, Zygote Teaching Artist and monoprinting expert Lisa Schonberg will teach participants the basics of making monoprints using our French Tool Presses. She will also discuss best practices of combining printmaking techniques with cyanotype processes, as well as how to plan your final composition. In the second week, the finished monoprints will be activated with cyanotype chemicals, and the compositions will be completed using block-out materials and the sun.
