  • We use a simple flat-rate shipping system to keep costs transparent and easy to understand. Standard items ship for $10, while specialty items ship for $20. Standard and specialty items are distinguished by their size, weight, or the need for more complex protective materials. 

    This structure ensures that every piece, big or small, is packaged securely and handled with care. By using flat rates, you always know exactly what to expect at checkout with no surprises.

  • Our optional shipping art insurance provides peace of mind by protecting your piece from loss, damage, or unexpected accidents during transit. Because every artwork we ship is unique, insurance ensures that if anything happens, you're fully covered and never left with a loss. Investing in coverage means your purchase is safeguarded from the moment it leaves our studio until it arrives safely at your doorstep. It’s a comprehensive cost that guarantees big protection for the art you love.

    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if customers decide to opt-out of insurance.

    1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

      No. All sales are final.Due to the nature of fine art prints and limited-edition releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    2. What if my art arrives damaged?

    1. What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept all online payments via Square, including major credit and debit cards and supported digital payment options.

    2. My payment didn’t go through, what should I do?

    1. Are items restocked?

      Typically, no. Zygote artists create one of a kind, limited-edition prints, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.We encourage customers to purchase early to avoid missing out.

    2. Are all prints identical?

      Each print is unique. 

      Because these are handmade art prints, variations in color, line quality, and shape naturally occur from edition to edition. Prints may also appear slightly different from the photos shown online.

    3. What type of art do you sell?

      We exclusively sell fine art, created in small editions  with individual character.

    4. How can I be sure a piece is still available?
