Workshop Description: Color theory is a very important skill for all artists to have, but especially for printmakers. Join Program Manager Chandler Mack and Teaching Artist Josie Krampitz for this 1 day workshop in which we will be exploring color theory as it applies to printmaking. Learn how to mix inks, layer transparent colors, and take your prints from good to great. This workshop will use pre-made designs that you can print using the custom colors you create. Students will walk away from this workshop with a new understanding of color theory and confidence they need to mix inks and create complex colors.
