Click here for dates, times, and locations. Learn to make linocuts and print your own tote bag with Zygote Press! Inspired by To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, participants will design their own bookcover based on the themes of the book, then carve their design onto a linoleum plate. For the first session, participants will learn how to layout their design, and carving techniques. Then during the second session, they will hand-print their very own tote bags using a table-top press. Zygote and CCPL are partnering with Playhouse Square to offer a series of programs inspired by To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Playhouse Square will present To Kill a Mockingbird, a new play by Aaron Sorkin, from April 26 through May 15. Learn more at playhousesquare.org.
